Oops... my mistake earlier.
There was one other trade at 14.5c
Trade #479 at 3.59.55 for a measly 30 shares and that was followed by the last trade before the closing auction - 93 shares @ 14.2c.
The only 14.5c trades all day were three small bot trades.
