I have a problem. I need to decide in next few days if I will sell OCV to www.delisted.com.au to claim a capital loss against capital gains I have made.
I guess the main question I have is, does OCV still have any Net Tangible Assets. Are their debts more than their assets and if they do relist what sort of price do you think they would relist at.
I initially invested $105,000 in MFS Limited so the capital loss deduction would save me tax of about $20,000.
What do you all think. Appreciate any views.
