Of course, but I don't see his bill curtailing PEP-11's position in the gas-led recovery. To me it seems his attack is aimed towards the monopoly large energy companies hold on influencing policy. Kean's plan is the long term strategy of moving towards renewables, the gas-led recovery is a fiscal boost to the pandemic economy and a clear pathway to his long-term renewable plan. Given Barilaro is all smiles at a CSG gas plant, I'd say his input doesn't hold so much weight
