re approval guys,
Over on the BPH thread, a report from Minc Trading house (see link - http://www.hotcopper.com.au/post_single.asp?fid=1&tid=1320100&msgid=7429886) states that we do not need approval.
"The approval being waited on from the EPBC is not a necessary approval to hold however, BPH has lodged for approval mainly out of co-operation as the project has drawn significant attention given it's location."
