    agree 100%... IFN is already storming ahead with new deals post acquisition... first movers stand to benefit the most here.

    I have my hopes that GNX will be able to call on same partners for KPH into the next PH project... as obviously - contribution of equity will continue to be an issue ST, even with the generous terms offered on these state and federal infrastructure finance deals.
