SMH 16.4.15 Companies lose licence appeal. (Cascade Coal and NuCoal)
NuCoal had said the NSW laws "stigmatise" the companies and their "mum and dad" shareholders have sufferred even though they were not a party to any wrongdoing.
The ICAC had recommended the government consider compensating "any innocent person" affected by the laws, but the former O'Farrell government decided against it.
Mr O'Farrell who forgot about the 1959 bottle of wine. What a hypocrite! Typical pollie.
The poor mum and dad investors deserve better than this.
Now that NSW has been reduced to 11% of PELs, does anyone know what companies remain? Am aware of only AGL Santos and our Mel.
