Create a one off design for thorium reactors ( LFTR ), and given we have the biggest reserves of thorium in world export the design on a licencing agreement , and supply the refined thorium product to power said reactor.

Slightly off tangent I was watching how south korea can keep the costs down on building new Nuclear reactors, its seems they keep to the same design and the same contractors.
