It is extremely poor management of our resources by the Guvnuts.

There is an issue of supply and demand - and PLANNING. The Guvnuts have failed us miserably on many fronts.

For example, why are we constantly importing people (no-hopers including refos and so-called 'students' or illegal immigrants IMO) just to make sure people like Gerry Harvey can make a quid when we do not have the infrastructure and the quality of life for existing people is constantly on that downward spiral?
