When I last posted that deaths figure you're crazy antivax mates refused to accept it ! Clearly graph shows a steady level of deaths in the world overall . Vaccination is having it's effect and curbing the worst of the infections .
But for mine "letting omicron rip" is still not managing it and I see unnecessary deaths and disruptions in NSW . (Posters here are notoriously antilabor so a post showing Vic getting 20 deaths got more likes than one complaining about NSW getting 36 . Most posters here have a far from open mind and I question whether some have any mind at all .)
Watch SA and WA to see it handled better . I'm predicting a much lower death rate in those 2 states , less disruptions and less pressure on hospitals than we've seen with let it rip in the east . Will take a month longer but do less damage .
