thats a nonsense question bcc.... renewable energy installations have been ongoing for over 15 years and so some of the cost has been borne by previous govts. and the rest will be borne by future govts for over 15 years.

on the off-shore wind installations? the costs will be borne by the companies investing in the installations. they might apply to ARENA for funding but the decision for that will be up to ARENA. they assess and offer support by loan or grant independently of govt - which is why Abbott couldn't abolish ARENA or CEFC.
