"infectious in the community " is a catch all phrase. Infectious in the community wearing a mask spending 10 minutes at coles and checking in is one thing, gathering at a house is another. Unless it is zero I find that number fairly useless. The man and kids who went to Byron Bay were "infectious in the community". The person who infected many in Dubbo was "infectious in the community"....
