    if you have studied infectious diseases like i have for many years then you would know that the science related to adenoviral respiratory viruses, respiratory syncytial virus, conmon cold or influenza shows that irrespective of whether you have been vaccinated or not when you have virus you shed pathogens of the same degree therefore it makes no difference apart from protecting you a certain degree for a total of 36 days and then you need 2 monthly boosters for the rest of your life
