The interesting thing is that vaccinations actually lead to more people being asymptomatic. So, I think that would paradoxically make it harder in some ways to control an outbreak in pursuit of zero. Ideally you'd want as many people getting symptomatic so at these still low levels (Syd is 5m people) you can more easily get on top of outbreaks.
