Fair call Trip, cash would be very handy - but looking at what Clancy have going on already, their recent SP performance and the chain of immediate news due from the activity on their existing leases, (some of which are in excellent and highly proispective areas) the share and options deal looks pretty good value to me.

Long term much better than cash now one would think, but cash is certainly king ATM.

Without the options we now have 6.6% of CLY.

Time will tell.
