NSW MP for Pittwater Rory Amon has quitparliament hours after being charged with child sex offences.

Amon was charged with five counts of having sexualintercourse with a child between the ages of 10 and 14 after he was arrested atManly police station at 6am on Friday.

• Last year was the first election at which every candidate was required to sign a more comprehensive child protection disclosure.
• The NSW Office of the Children's Guardian is responsible for verifying declarations after an election

Twelve NSW MPs do not have working with children checks and have failed to provide the necessary documentation to verify the accuracy of their child protection declarations.

Under NSW law, all candidates are required to sign a child protection declaration before contesting a state election, disclosing whether they have working with children clearances or if they have been convicted of offences against children.




So the Big Question is:

Who still doesn't have their "Necessary Documentation"???
