Nimbin I think you might be slow and behind the times as Enova has missed its original offer deadline of 25th September. Evan today they haven't reach half their target as locals question this highly speculative investment that has little local support. A quick look at the prospectus the cash burn or Reduce equity as you might call it is approx $2 million per annum, with no track record of operating a start-up business 95% of start ups actually fail. The good news is that maybe MEL could pick up some assets at this fire sale.
As PD suggested the peaking power station to sell gas in the form or electricity to local consumer and gas to business customers lets us operate in two markets.
