So client loads $1 onto opal card and uses it to pay for an ingogo (also Eml customer) taxi. The taxi driver accesses their wage early via a payout of that $1.
how many times does Eml clip that $1??
first from the opal card payment for the taxi
second when the ingogo driver access their earned wage
is there a third clip?
