He's right to point out that we're living under a highly politicised police force in NSW, working hand in hand with our corrupt government. They've even gone so far as to use the Fixated Person's Unit to avoid scrutiny, by attempting to intimidate the correspondent in that video when he attempts to question ministers like Barilaro and Elliot about their alleged criminality. Hopefully the Police Commissioner will be called to account (criminally charged) for his dishonest testimony under oath.
