Because vote labor because they are gullible and think Labor is for the workers. How wrong they are. No politician of any stance is for the worker. They are for themselves.
As for the change in NSW, it's only another attempt by the party machine to fool people this time it's different. It won't be any different this time because it's the same public service and puppeteers behind the scene in control. However, the new leader does have a couple of years to prove himself. If he doesn’t make a big difference for the better then it will time for a change come next elections.
