So this is how I see it, the NSW premier wasn't directly involved in handing out funding ie, she never intervened or requested the funding
Her ex-boyfriend wanted the projects to go ahead, so were brought forward to the premiers desk. Now theirs nothing illegal with bring projects straight to the premier, just not normal practice ! They used a pink slip for projects to be brought to the premier, which was followed within the rules !!!
Now heres where it gets intresting, the projects were rejected only once because they fell short of a cost benefit, they then redid the cost benefit and this time it passed.
At this point thier is no corruption to prove against the premier.
