simply examine any chart for any region in the world
most often, but not always, there is a spike, often dependent upon seasonality
1st dose is not sufficient
also, last i heard, "herd immunity" is not possible anymore
mass vaccination mostly likely causing resistant variants to dominate
its only just begun for Australia
