Breach of covenants. Are they even in compliance with their covenants now? With unexpectedly higher interest rates, how can they be?
I think TCL is in terrible trouble. Have NSW Government, Victorian Government and QUeensland Government developed contingency plans for taking back the toll roads because in receivership what happens to the toll roads?
Michelle Jablko was a disaster at ANZ and looks like turning out to be an absolute disaster for TCL.
Transurban could all be over red rover, might be a matter of if and not when receivers are appointed?
