But it is baked in and contractually lags the actual inflation data, so they will be in arrears by now. TCL is actually almost at a 5 year low no where near a 52 week high this week.
TCL could hit an all time low this week and if there is an interest rate rise in November, the only question is when will the loss in TCL be crystallised. equity holders are unlikely to be bailed out by anyone.
But it is baked in and contractually lags the actual inflation...
