The APDC vs NextDC access rights issue court case has been sitting in the NSW Supreme court last week hearing applications on the 17th and 18th July.
It appears that the 'Return of Subpoena' is listed in a weeks time on Jul 31. I'm guessing this is when the final ruling is handed down?
Fingers crossed the ruling is in NextDC's favor.
