Nice post. Thanks I just had a read. Looks like a win for NXT. The funny part to me was that AJD claimed (if I read correctly) to want to enter to ensure everything was being looked after to a satisfactory standard. (Well along with bringing in prospective buyers). Haha, I believe NXT own all the infrastructure inside the dc’s. Am I correct on that?? That means everything inside is worth a hell of a lot more than the building and land. Pretty sure they are going to look after the walls, floors, toilets and gardens with hundreds of millions of $$ worth of equipment inside. Hopefully AJD will be have to pay our legal expenses. Gltah

You don't achieve the certifications that NXT hold if your not looking after stuff, plus it's audited by independent 3rd parties.
