No I don’t think so. NXT flexed their muscle by letting AJD know that the terms and conditions of the lease agreement is fully in place as the judge agreed with. I don’t think AJD will be trying to go into battle with CS again. I do think TGP will exit and NXT will take back full control of AJD in the near future. Tony Pitt isn’t going to sit back and receive rent and divvies on his invested capital. He wants a lot more and good luck to him. But NXT have long leases in place with increases in rent to be revalued incrementally. I’m satisfied with the outcome. Gltah
