(Well along with bringing in prospective buyers). Haha, I believe NXT own all the infrastructure inside the dc’s. Am I correct on that?? That means everything inside is worth a hell of a lot more than the building and land. Pretty sure they are going to look after the walls, floors, toilets and gardens with hundreds of millions of $$ worth of equipment inside. Hopefully AJD will be have to pay our legal expenses. Gltah
