My family friend does not live in a hotspot in Sydney but his constuction site is still shut down.
The construction site is also out of the 8 Sydney banned LGA's.
Why, because 75% of the construction workets are from the 8 Sydney banned LGA's and the client can't justify keeping it open with no production.
My friend said, such is life and tough s##t. We all move on.
