Perhaps a bit of obfuscation too. Of the $50M+ owed to the Mum & Dad investors in PIF by Jim Raptis and his cohort of super dooper high flyers, how much is secured by the two 1st mortgages? Anyone know?

I half saw the Q asked of the Treasurer at the London School of Economics and aired on ABC. I can't say for certain if the lady mentioned PIF.
