To add further to this evaluation of HML's Chairman - the fact he was a figure head of the company in consideration of both his reputation and past achievements. Many including myself and an investment manager of considerable note were deceived into thinking this was a legit operation. His son has quite some explaining to do concerning his father's legacy and the fact that he himself in the end will carry that burden for the rest of his life unless he makes right.
