    If Stuart McAuliffe's brother Brett McAuliffe is a director of KPMG (HML's former auditor), doesn't that make KPMG a related party under the Corporations Act?

    Surely there has to be a law against a company's auditor being a related party, right?
    ASIC? Your thoughts on this? Hello...?
