Interesting question. Could it be that because of the inevitable threat of NSX, ASX for the first time are under pressure to bring their systems up to standard. As a company they have been caught in the swamp, both from a technical and ethical perspective for a long time. Accountable to no one.
Possibly cutting corners to try and make up ground?
