Seamisty. She mentioned it at the Brisbane forum. I recall her saying the cost was $40K a year. I'm not sure if this is just the NSX charges or also includes estimates of internal administration and compliance costs.

There's a calculator on the page. If Wellington listed at $1 the application would have been $150K , at 44c it would have been $82K.

It's not clear how the annual fee is calculated but the calculator gives:
@44c - $18K
@20c - $15K
@10c - $13K
