Thanks for comments Gardie and Duped, I guess at least for the time being in the absence of a better alternative at least the NSX is providing a platform to determine the value of the PIF Units in negotiating compensation re lost value with KPMG in the PIF Class Action. For those following the PIF Class Action Federal Court Application and Statement of Claim were served on Michael King yesterday morning. Paul Manka and Ian Zellinski have also been served recently.
