just my opinion but would think this will be viewed very favourably by the namibian government and will lead to Extract being afforded every opportunity to mine this humungous piece of yellowcake with very few obstacles (of the red tape kind)should they choose to.
also sends another message to the prospective buyers that if they think EXT mining this resource alone is just a smokescreen then they're kidding themselves!!
I still think there'll be a takeover or JV but if the price ain't right then there are going to be some companies out there with egg on there face come 2013!!
