Litigation Update – RE Claim
Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income fund is pleased to announce it has
reached an in-principle settlement of the claims by it against as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income Fund
against KPMG, as auditor of the Fund.
The contemplated terms of the settlement deed are confidential to the parties and are to be the subject of a
Settlement Deed, still to be negotiated.
Wellington Capital Limited as Responsible Entity of the Premium Income Fund will make a further announcement
if and when a binding Settlement Deed is executed.
