NSX Shortfall

There were 68,336,681 shares on offer in the recent 1 for 5 issue and only 19,147,460 were taken up.
At the same time there were 58,888,891 shares placed with selected investors.
If all the selected investors were already shareholders in NSX it may explain some reluctance to also participate in the 1 for 5 issue.
The exception to this theory is ISXFEU who acquired 21,777,778 shares from the placement and a further 14,333,334 from the rights issue - the latter being described as part of their entitlement when in fact it was in excess of their entitlement of 11,299,806 based on an original holding of 56,499,033.
The total number of shares now on issue should be 449,719,755 (341,683,404 + 58,888,891 + 19,147,460) ISXFEU now holds 92,610,145 or 20.59% - not 25.666% as shown on the latest Form 604.
Have I done something wrong here?
Whatever is correct, the additional investment by ISXFEU is encouraging for the future of NSX.
