ENI is king in that they own the black tip gas facility as well as the gas pipeline at Wadeye. this pipeline goes for a 110km to the Stuart highway.
where this pipeline hooks into the original pipeline that goes from the Amadeus Basin in central Australia to Darwin. The Amadeus Basin did supply Darwin's power station till it ran out, this is where ENI has taken up the slack and why they are king.

This first link talks about Condensate to which MEOs 454p is said to have as well as good quality gas and is very close to ENIs blacktip field. This is the reason for the excitement saverio.
