As we've seen some ill informed posters have consistently sought to blame OBL management for the time taken to negotiate NT on the Derby block.

I would respectively submit that these people have little or no understanding of what the process of NT involves.

OBL went through the long process of talking to the NT claimants and finally to the NT tribunal.

The tribunal approved the issue of title but the claimants had the right of appeal under the law.

We have now seen that the federal court has dismissed the appeal emphatically!!!!

So as of today we wait for The Ministers official consent.

So anyone that believes the process could have been achieved in a more speedy manner I would like to hear from them.

That's just my 2c worth.
