Breakaway's Valuation Report on 23 May contained the following info on the EIS for Mt Peak.
"With regards to the EIS, this has now been back to the Company following the public exposure period, with the final version now submitted with approval expected within the next month or so. The Company has stated that there were no issues raised in the Government or public comments".
If the bolded words above are true then the 'Supplement' (final version) must still be with the Govt for review and comment. With the Government only having a maximum of 14 days for this step, I expect the Supplement to appear on NT EPA's website sometime this week. We can then start the clock for the Assessment Report step and add another week or so for the Mining Minister to provide final signoff (IMHO).
