I reckon the water demand is too big around Mt Peake, if it is already deemed substantial for a place like Darwin

The trains go up to Darwin with the ore, they might as well be loaded with the waste on the way back to Mt Peake else they would just run empty

Admittedly TNG needs to show how this new waste is going to be managed and admittedly this should have been dealt with at the Supplement stage, but unlike Paul Vogel said TNG did not raise an issue about that specific request for clarification. Vogel picked one that he thought would make headlines as he obviously couldn't feed his 1.1 and 2.2 bullcrap requirements to the ABC journo without feeling stupid
