From what they say Santos are paying, $30,000 per year access and $25,000 per well, that sounds pretty fair to me.
Don't know about affecting share holders pockets, but CTP have done nothing positive for share holders' pockets since at least 2012, and companies have to factor in fair dealings with all and sundry, IMO.
