Sadly Dex, I think the next couple of years might be NSW hardest, working on a multi-storey building today in Bondi Junction ready for the pour tomorrow and noticed the units are being fitted for gas as was the last multi-storey building I worked on - I guess people still want to cook on gas, never seen a wok work well on a electric stove top.
I wonder if Sydney's build building boom has been factored into the forward demand for gas.
