    Peter Siles, Minister for Economic Development and Major Projects NT Govt says talks underway re ensuring a 14 inch pipe.
    Estimates cost at $60m, there is a possibility to change the pipeline order if done immediately.
    NT Govt has large project fund $$$ from sale of Govt insurance company TIO.
    Almost certain to go ahead in this NT election year in my opinion.
