    GOD Forbid!!!!!!

    Who on Earth (any prospective pipeline company willing to spend money in building such a thing), would be willing to spend that kind of money if they aren't sure, or have any real proofs before them, that the gas is there so that they can start recouping their outlaid capital by charging fees from the amount of O&G that is going through.??
