Thanks for the reply maxter,

Hope all is good after the surgery, as I have said before only time will tell with all this at the moment and I'm sure we will get to the bottom of it eventually, I'm not a Lawyer like your good-self but I am a Project manager with 25+ years under my belt and my frustration is probably tainted by my professional view as to how this whole mess has been handled, with so many Experts involved to get to this situation is ludicrous to say the least.
I used to believe in P.B. once but he has cried "Wolf" too many times for me to believe him anymore, don't get me wrong I still believe in the TNG story, but not the story teller.
In short this is how P.B. has left me.
