Pukeko, good old Kiwi friend & loyal TNGer...hope that surgery went OK?
We were a lot younger when we started this TNG journey, mostly with health on our side. From memory, I think you might have been a single dad looking after a 10 year old? Hard yards.
Now, 10+ years later for many of us, the ageing thing starts to set in. Scans, tests, hospital visits, finding money for surgery, survival, coming up for air... we live again. Ironically, sounds just like TNG!
But this time, we better hope that we've got the right operating team assembled, 'cause the patient is on the respirator & all of his followers are hoping like hell he pulls through. Crossed fingers.
Your "kid" is probably 20 something now?...Get back on that bike Pukeko....and stay safe.
