You're being harsh on M.K., N.W.. What is going on here from the reading of ALL Announcements by RCP and not the mainstream Media is the Plant should be Funded and able to operate on Site this Year and therefore the actual First Full Year of production will in fact be next Year and in the meantime we are likely to see some production in the later Qts of this Year.
It's interesting to note that there was late buying which went into the 'Closing Price Auction at 4.10 P.M. of RCPs last Friday AFTER RCP had presented a 'mundane' 3rd Qtr. Activities and Cashflow Report.(that's more 'smelly' than than the Drains of a Fish Market).
