Clearly the TSMP requires gas, about 1.2 TCF for each of the methanol plants over 25 years. One can only wonder why MEO management did not lobby hard to demonstrate to the government that their projects offer a viable market for this stranded gas. In this instance, the government should have been looking at the grant of a Production License, and looking forward to the receipt of some PRRT???
