Liquidcarbon, money doesn't grow on trees buds. If it did, then they would be in already. To go in a project that remote and at times difficult in terms of logistics, it requires lots of resources. If CTP prove that they indeeed have something, maybe a budget might get a bit more boost instead of being cut. Every other major (BP, Conoco ..) is cutting their budgets, it's tough times for the industry atm.
